Using Next Generation EU funds, the Valencian Community has launched various programs to promote the energy rehabilitation of homes and buildings. The objective is to transform the building stock, turning the neighborhoods into more energy efficient spaces and reducing their CO 2 emissions .
In our blog we want to highlight those aids aimed at improving energy efficiency and which, therefore, include the replacement of windows as an eligible action.
It is the opportunity to install PVC windows for life, which depending on our needs may be folding windows , sliding windows , with special glass, etc.
Next Generation Funds: Aid for the Czech Republic Mobile Number List energy rehabilitation of buildings (Program 3)
Who can request it?
Persons who own, usufruct or rent homes in the Valencian Community.
Public administrations, public law organizations and public companies.
Housing requirements:
The homes must be the habitual residence of their occupants.
The cost of the eligible action must be equal to or greater than 1,000 euros per home. (The aid to be granted will be 40% of the cost of the action, with a limit of 3,000 euros).
Eligible Actions:
Those that achieve a reduction in the global annual energy demand for heating and cooling of at least 7% ; or a reduction in non-renewable primary energy consumption of at least 30%.
Modification or replacement actions of construction elements of the thermal envelope to adapt them to the limit values of thermal transmittance and air permeability established in tables 3.1.1.a-HE1 and 3.1.3.a-HE1, of the DB HE Basic Document of Energy Saving of the Technical Building Code.
Public administrations, public law organizations and public companies.
Communities of owners or groups of communities of owners.
