Hi I have a quick question, is warrior dashing using the map tolerated? Map Dashing(if that's the correct term). I've been abusing this a lot & wondering if it's okay to use it?

I think it is tolerated, considering that a lot of players who do RtP for example, use it. You should definitely check out Cakelair because they have post regarding what is acceptable forms of playing in FP and what is not.

Never heard of it. How does it work? Are you familiar with Warrior dashing? It's the same concept. Instead of canceling your lunging attack with the triangle button you can instead press select(open the map) to cancel your attack. This skips your second strike with the Glaive weapon just as normal warrior dashing but it's quicker. I think it is tolerated, considering that a lot of players who do RtP for example, use it. You should definitely check out Cakelair because they have post regarding what is acceptable forms of playing in FP and what is not. Okay cool, I'll check it out.

Got it. Yeah I think it's ok. I've heard of people doing that with pirate and ninja as well. Cuts down on the charge time. But I would think it's rather hard to do with warrior. Do you use the square or R1 to charge?

I rarely play warrior, even in RtP, but I'm not a fan of having my map pop up constantly unless I need to check it.
When a clan member a while back was teaching me warrior tricks, he suggested map canceling and I had to reassign my buttons. At first though, I was using R1 to charge.

I like to just dash around the reaper just for lol, knowing the reaper can't catch me because I'm too quick.

Yeah, go to control settings. I believe it's under secondary controls.

Set your secondary control to layout C. Use R1 to charge you can jump more and be able to move around faster while attacking or healing

uuhh hey why dnt u come and play sometimes with us? what classes r u proficient wit? Sure I can play with you guys I like to play with all classes. With the warrior I'm pretty effective. I usually go straight to the worker first though to get everything upgraded. As a Giant I can pick-up stuff, if that's helpful.

I don't think Giant grab is allowed in formal matches..
